I wanted to take a moment and share with you the total satisfaction we have had with your company's product, specifically the Ozone Laundy Support System.
Since installing the product at one of our other properties (Holiday Inn Express) we chose to add this at our newst facility the Hampton Inn and Suites.
Needless to say our staff is overwhelmed at the quality of the linen, the speed in which it is processed, and the overall whiteness and softness which we know conculsively comes from your product.
All too often people make promises and cannot deliver, you and your staff can include us (amongst many I am sure) in the column of the truly satisfied. I would have no reservation in fully recommending this product to hoteliers that have implemented new bdding programs and are looking for a way to reduce expenses and increase quality.
