--- How long is your warranty?  Is the warranty through YOU or the manufacturers of the parts?

--- Do you offer a savings and quality money back guarantee? (good luck on that one)

--- How long has your system / company had the same name?  Do your homework.

--- Do you have chemical and utility companies that will vouch for your system?  Top level people.

--- Will I have to increase my chemical use?
